"Jan5th date :I’ve been a customer of State Farm for a while were they insure my vehicles and my home. I was recently involved in a car accident on Aug 1st that was not my fault and the defendants ins was taking and while to investigate the accident so I went through my own ins to speed up the repairs for my truck ( WORST THING I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE)!!! First off my mechanic/body guy gave them a quote which they’re given me all hell over. Even with the other ins claiming ALL responsibility my ins is sending the repair guy small amounts and making him search for parts from salvage yards to go on my 2022 Ram that was practically new when I got it 3 mths prior the accident. They gave me a rental for 30 days which I thought was enough time but majority of that time we waisted due to cancellation on StateFarm for coming getting more quotes. Now I don’t have rental I’ve been taking a uber to work for the past 2 months and my dam truck still hasn’t gotten fixed. The adjusters has screwed me over StateFarm as a whole has screwed me over and like I said the other company has taken FULL RESPONSIBILITY for this and my company is still waisting my time. It’s going on 5 months and I still don’t have my truck. And this company does not care at all. As soon as this is done I’m pulling ALL of my vehicles and home and placing them with a company who doesn’t treat their loyal customers like this!!!! STATEFARM IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If decide to go with them BEWARE and my accident wasn’t even that bad. We pay all of this money each month but when we need them they screw us over. VAHN DOCTOLERO AND THE StateFarm COMPANY SHAME ON YOU!!!! Jan7th recap of what’s going on with my claim, I’m still fighting StateFarm and my truck is still not fixed."
